It all started in the second grade when I penned an unauthorized sequel to Bronte’s Jane Eyre – in my sister’s diary, no less. I fell in love with writing at a young age, and I’ve spent the last decade dedicating myself to the craft.

That’s how I wound-up in marketing. Storytelling is my bread and butter! In my current role, I get the chance to make real, lasting impact in patient lives through the power of – you guessed it – stories.

My background in both writing and design allows me to bring a balanced, well-rounded approach to my projects. As a Creative Director (Copy), I have proven success in understanding client goals and executing high quality creative – despite quick turnarounds. Most importantly to me, I bring out the best in my team.

In 2023, I received my company’s annual employee award, the Creative Cup, which recognizes creative talent and leadership.

Right now, I’m most proud of this interactive story that just launched. I pitched, wrote, and oversaw the entirety of this piece from start to finish. Here’s an excerpt of my work…

"I've always been an impatient person. But I’ve learned over the years that gardening
teaches me patience. With perennials, you must wait to watch them grow. They may not take
root every year. They may even rot, or starve, or die. But that’s part of their nature—to be
stubborn and aloof. Nothing about them is guaranteed. But I plant the tough little seeds anyway.
Because sometimes, when you least expect it, they surprise you. Sometimes, decade-old buds
will rise from the ground. Happy and warm, they grow. Given a second chance by the sun."
